Bob’s Red Mill Organic Brown FlaxseedsPreheat oven to 275°F. Line a baking sheet with
parchment paper. Put all ingredients except flaxseeds
in the bowl of a food processor. Blend. Process until
dough comes together. Add flaxseeds and pulse a few
times to mix seeds into the dough. Turn dough out
onto a floured surface. Roll to ¹⁄16-inch thickness. Cut
into bite size pieces. Bake 12 minutes, then turn
baking sheet. Bake for an additional 13 minutes.
Crackers will be brown and hard when done.
Makes
about 4 dozen crackers.
