GLUTEN FREE

In our commitment to provide

the highest quality wholesome

foods available, we are pleased

to offer many new gluten free

products at Bob’s Red Mill. We have a separate

dedicated facility where ONLY gluten free

products are milled and packaged. All Bob’s

Red Mill gluten free products are tested for

gluten free integrity upon arrival in our facility

and sample-tested throughout the milling

and packaging process in our Quality Control

Laboratory. We use an ELISA Gluten Assay test

to confirm that a product is gluten free. You

will see the gluten free symbol, shown above,

throughout our catalog.

ORGANIC PRODUCTS

All Bob’s Red Mill

products bearing the USDA Organic

seal have been grown and produced

using a uniform set of methods

established by the United States Department

of Agriculture’s National Organic Program

(NOP), which includes annual on-site

inspections by third-party inspectors. All

products using the seal have been third-

party certified by QAI (Quality Assurance

International).

IDENTITY PRESERVED

Bob’s Red Mill has

always made a commitment to

purchase only ingredients that are

not made with the use of modern

biotechnology. Our suppliers guarantee their

crops were grown from identity preserved

seed. We are enrolled in the Non-GMO Project.

KOSHER

As a continued commitment to the

quality of the products we make and

sell, all of Bob’s Red Mill products

are certified kosher by Rabbi Don Yoel Levy,

Kashruth Administrator of OK Kosher.

WHOLE GRAIN STAMP

Now it’s easier

than ever to identify and rate the

whole grain products you find on

your grocery shelf. Just look for

the recognizable yellow and black

“Whole Grain Stamp,” a packaging

symbol developed by the national Whole

Grains Council. When you see it, you can be

sure that each portion contains at least one

of the three servings of whole grains that the

USDA recommends we eat each day.
