Makes 1 serving. Raspberry Oat Smoothie Start your morning off right with this Raspberry Oat Smoothie! Whole grain oats and banana create a creamy texture, and the frozen raspberries lend vibrant color, tart flavor and a boost of vitamin C. Naturally gluten free and vegan. INGREDIENTS 2 cups filtered Water 1 cup Bob’s Red Mill ® Gluten Free Organic Old Fashioned Rolled Oats ¼ cup Bob’s Red Mill ® Organic Golden Flaxseed Meal 1 frozen Banana 2 cups frozen Raspberries 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup INSTRUCTIONS • Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend for 1 minute on high or until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately. • Note: If you do not have a high-speed blender, soak the oats and water for 30 minutes prior to blending. This will help you achieve a smooth, creamy consistency.
