Our advice: make a big batch, or else you may eat them all Solo! Ingredients 1¼ cups Bob’s Red Mill® Unbleached White All-Purpose Flour 1 cup Bob’s Red Mill® Graham Flour ¼ cup Cocoa Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp ground Cinnamon ½ tsp ground Nutmeg ¼ tsp ground Cloves 1 cup Butter, slightly soft ¾ cup granulated Sugar ½ cup Honey 1 Egg 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 cups Dark Chocolate Chunks ½ cup shredded Coconut Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 375°F; line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. In a medium bowl, combine flours, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt and spices and set aside. 2. In a large bowl, mix butter, sugar and honey until combined. Add egg and vanilla extract and mix well. Add dry mixture and mix until combined, then add chocolate chunks and shredded coconut and mix well. 3. Portion onto prepared baking sheet, about 2 tablespoons per cookie, leaving 2 inches between each. Bake until set, 10–12 minutes. Let cool slightly before moving cookies to a cooling rack.
